mp4 player – Sansa Fuze+

Both the strength and weakness of the SanDisk Sansa Fuze+ is its small size. Measuring 3.8 x 2 x 0.4, this MP4 player is much smaller than the other players on our comparison. The Sansa Fuze+ weighs 0.13 pounds, making it easy to carry with you when you exercise or travel. On the other hand, because this video player is more compact, the touchscreen is also inevitably smaller. The screen is only 2.4 inches, more than half an inch smaller than the average 3-inch screen. With this give-and-take size equation, your opinion of the Sana Fuse depends on what you value the most. If you???re looking for a small, easily portable MP4 player that still yields high-quality video and audio, you???ve just found it.

Despite the smaller touchscreen, the Sansa Fuze+ plays movies beautifully. The 320 x 240 resolution plays movies clear and bright. We were disappointed that you can only watch videos horizontally and not vertically because we value video players that give you the flexibility to choose. We did like the crisp and clear audio quality though. This MP4 player comes with 4, 8 or 16 GB of drive space. You also have the option of adding more storage space to the Sansa Fuze+ through a microSDTM card. We appreciate the microSDTM card slot ??? instead of being forced to buy another MP4 player when it runs out of space, users have the option to add more songs and videos. With the 16GB model, you can store 4,000 songs, 9,600 photos or 48 hours of movies.

With this storage capacity, you will be able to store many of your favorite movies and songs on this player, and, luckily, the battery will give you plenty of time to enjoy them. The battery will last for 24 hours if playing music continuously and five hours if it is playing movies constantly. If you are using this player for exercise, these playback times will be plenty. If you are using this MP4 player for travel, especially long flights or vacations, you may want to consider a player with a longer playback time, particularly for video. With that being said, some users said their Sansa Fuze+ played 30-50 hours of music, depending on what music file type they were playing.

People commonly complained about this device’s touchscreen. The touchscreen alternated between being too responsive and not responsive enough. Despite this, most users found the interface easy to understand and navigate.; SanDisk frequently releases free updates to the software on their MP4 players. We hope they will improve the responsiveness of the touchscreen in an upcoming upgrade. This manufacturer characteristically provides great customer service, showing that they value their customers. SanDisk helps their users through their user guides, the knowledgebase, an online forum and email support.

The Sansa Fuze+ is compatible with four video files and six music files. Some notable files include H.264, MP4, AAC and Audible. Transferring files onto the MP4 player was easy and uncomplicated.

This MP4 player is ideal for exercising or traveling because of its portable, lightweight design. Although the SanDisk Sansa Fuze+ is a smaller player, we are still confident you will be satisfied with its excellent audio and video capabilities.
